Chris Capossela, a 20-year veteran at Microsoft, was named senior vice president of the newly formed Consumer Channels Group, and the Central Marketing Group. In addition to global branding, Capossela will oversee marketing and advertising for Windows, Windows Phone, Xbox and Office.
